Aluminum Shaft Size

I need some help from all of you experts:

I just purchased a new Hoyt V tech and was trying to decide on the right aluminum arrow size (Easton Super Slams). The bow is a 28" draw set at 57#. I shoot a Fletcher Fletchunter release with a string loop and a Trophy Taker drop-away rest. I will be shooting a 125 grain, 4 blade Magnus broadhead. The Easton Chart recommends the following sizes as options: 2312, 2117, 2215, 2020, 2314, 2216. This set-up will only be used for hunting.

What do you guys recommend? Pros and cons of these sizes?

RE: Aluminum Shaft Size

My selection would be the 2215's. The 2312 wall thickness is too light and much easier to dent or damage. The 2217 wall thickness is just added weight. Your total arrow weight with fletching, inserts nock and broadhead will be approximately 465 grains. This is an excellent set up for hunting and target.
Good Hunting...
