should i use a muzzy rest or a bodoodle

i'm going to shoot 3-d tournaments this year for the first time and my pro 38 has a muzzy rest. ive been told by a friend who shoots simi pro that i use a bodoole rest instead of the muzzy. says that to much can go wrong with the muzzy. i like the muzzy mainly because i can shoot the same arrow in my hunting bow set up. please help. i can use all i can get.
forgive all the post, but im learning so much from you guys. im still a dummy when it comes to bows and there setup.

Use whatever YOU like and whatever YOU have confidence in. I've had problems of one kind or another with every rest I've ever used, including Bodoodle. Things can go wrong with any rest.

I have and do shoot both, and believe me, the Muzzy rest is every bit as durable as anything out their. I prefer the Muzzy for all of it's advantages. Thoses who speak poorly of the Muzzy's strength, are most often those who have never tried the rest.

the best 2 rests I have seen in along time are the Mirage and the Shoot Out both by Golden Key. I have been a long time fan of their products, no one knows arrow rests like GKF!

here is a piture of the mirage

Here is a picture of the Shoot Out

I tend to agree with the others. Though the Muzzy rest does "look" complicated it is probably one of the most fool-proof, durable rests out there. Trust me, I was one of the original folks who scoffed at the possibility that it could make it through a hunting season in the are that I hunt. Boy, was I wrong.
