It all depends on what I prefer to shoot from year to year. Arrows range from Beman ICS Hunters, 4" feathers and 75gr InnerLoc heads (total 300 gr) all the way up to my heavyweights---ACC 3-28, 4" feathers, and 75gr InnerLoc heads (total 330gr). Out of my present 53#, 27" draw bow they clock at 280fps to 285fps.

I was thinking about 100gr Slick Tricks myself. How do they fly and perform on game?

Awesome--To be quite honest I only started shooting the Slick Trick heads in November of 2004. On both the kills I had pass thru and saw the deer expire from my stand.
If you need to try them give Wendell a call in Alberta:-

He's the new distributor from them here in Canada and he's a gentleman.
I've recently dealt with him and I will 'not' hesitate to recommend him.
Great guy!

ampahunter,
How close to field points do they fly? I was wondering because of the 4 blade design.
