According to their website you can use fingers just fine with the Whisker Bisquit. I tried for a short while using fingers with mine when I had it on my Mathews LX. I couldn't tell of any problems and had good arrow flight. I used feathers on my arrows and the feathers seemed to have slightly more wear and tear while using the rest with fingers. I suppose that is because of the arrow flexing after let off while going thru the bisquit. As far as accuracy and tuning I didn't see any difference had I used the old plunger and flipper rest. Good luck.

Raktrakr, I wouldn't recommend the biscuit for fingers. Im sure it will hold the arrow in place nicely, but when you shoot, the side kick will not correct before passing through the biscuit. A quality magnetic rest and cushion plunger will work nicely.;)
