The AZ does a good enough job and is very easy to use. Whatever you choose just make sure you don't use TOO MUCH glue.

I do fletch my own.. but I use a Bitzenberger.. it's the last fletching jig you'll ever need... I have 12 of them [8D]

Ive tried the Arizona, and didnt like it, the vanes seemed to stick to the jig. Ive gotta give another vote for the Bitzenberger, Ive used mine now for 14 years.

My Bitzenburger is about 30 years old and still does as well as the day I got it. Ine jig, and two clamps---right and left helical.

Ditto on Kbacon's comment. I usually alternate between the AZ and a BPE Pro jig I have as well.

As for the fletchings sticking to the jig on the AZ....just dip the whole jig in acetone periodically (depending on use) and that problem tends to disappear.

We fletch with a 1 and 6 degree RH Arizona Fletcher. They work great. I think you will find that glue choice and arrow prep will have a greater impact on how well your fletching hold. Good luck!

I had a cheap $30 BPE jig and was satisfied with it. It was my first one so I didn't know what to expect. I ordered a Bitzenburger and was blown away. Certainly worth the extra $40. I would buy the Bitzenburger.
