RE: ? for allegiance lovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not gonna happen at 60# w/ a arrow 70gr over IBO. Prolly closer to 270-280fps.

Based on Buckeye's #'s, you should be real close to 300 fps.

RE: ? for allegiance lovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
mine shoots 370 grains 299.2 fps.
That is at 29inch DL and 62 pounds. My bows BC was 29DL 350 grains 320fps. I have yet to see another Allegiance that's BC is that high with a 29 inch DL though. Maybe mine is a freak? Most I see for 29 inch are more like 314-316. I think you will end up mid to upper 290's. |
RE: ? for allegiance lovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My 60.7/29 Allegiance did 297 fps through my chrono with a 356.2 grain arrow. I'm going to guess that with a 30 inch draw, you would be 307 with the same 356.2 grain arrow. You might be very close to 300 with a 370 grain.

RE: ? for allegiance lovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mine, set on 60 lbs with a 381 grain arrow shot 285 fps. Same arrow at 70 lbs shot 309.

RE: ? for allegiance lovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not sure of my arrow weight but my GT 5575 28.5" 85 grain tip 4" Bohning fletching chrono 295fps with my Allegiance set at 65#. I shot a 3D arrow from my bow with a 301 grain total over the chrono at a blazing 328fps. You may get close but hard to say. Good luck!

RE: ? for allegiance lovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a 70# 28" draw Allegiance shooting a 370 gr. arrow going 289 fps.

RE: ? for allegiance lovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Allegiance, is that about average for the Allegiance at 28" and 70#? I'm wanting one bad but was hoping to get in the mid 290's with a 385 grain arrow. Don't get me wrong 289 fps is moving, I just want a little more ;). What do you guys think a guy would have to drop the arrow weight to to get in the 295+ fps range?

RE: ? for allegiance lovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I chrono'd a 60#, 28" Allegiance with a 350 gr arrow at 286. Add 2" of draw, and 20 gr of arrow weight, and I'd think you'll be very close to 300.
