Turning down bow poundage?

My girlfriend has the parker challanger bow and i was wondering how many turns i can go when turning down the poundage? I went down 5 so far but i know most bows you can go 6 or 7.

Did it come with a manual? It should be in there. Or call parker. If you turn it out too far you run the risk of the limbs coming off at full draw, not fun. My bowtech is only 2 1/2 turns. I think my darton was 5 turns though.
