Default Tech. Books or Videos???

I'm interested in learning more about doing my own bow work. Was wondering if there are any books or videos, that really go through setting up a bow, using a bow press, re-serving, etc. etc. I know all of you guys on here are super helpful, was just wondering if there was any quick reference out there?? Thanks.

the best way to learn is to buy a bow press and take the bow apart.
first orient your self with which direction the string and harness tracks on the cam, even make a diagram so you dont forget.

never over press the bow!
Press the bow where the string and harness have enough slack to remove from the cam.
Measure youre string and harness and twist it up to its length indicated on the bottom limb of the bow.
Make sure you twhis the string and harness in the direction that it is tightening the serving instead of loosening it.

Golden Key makes a great litle video about bow tuning there are several good string making videos that show you step by step how to make your own strings and how to reserve a string.

Its not real hard but hands on is the best way to learn
I dare say that is how most of us learned how to work on bows.

A book call Hunters Digest is very informative. Just about any subject you want information or have questions about can be found in this one book. Chuck Adams is the writer and the details are factual not opinions. It also includes many resources and references for an even more in depth study of all forms of the sport.
