I'll be short and sweet. Pendelum or not? NOT Been there and done that. Good advice from the majority.

what do you mean by "bend at the wrist"? bend your wrist, up, down, or in..?
Not that there's anything wrong with that...

It does not matter whether you are shooting from a tree or standing on the ground, Your anchor point should always remain the same!!! Furthermore, If you are shooting from a tree stand with fixed pins, your shot will typically be lower not higher. Remember math 101? "A" Squared (+) "B" Squared = "C" Squared. With the principals of gravity always remaining the same for any object, the distance from the tree stand to the target is greater than the distance from the ground to the target.
