PSE/Browning/AR answer to the Martin Girl?

I know this probably isn't the proper place to post this, but I figured it can't hurt since things seem to be a little slow around here lately.

A buddy of mine shoots for Browning and he & I were just discussing the other day about how Pete Shepley should get on the ball & start advertising similar to Martin (not that they really need to). Our absolute first choice for the role of "The Browning Girl" was Jennifer Garner. Since we'll likely never see that happen, this is probably as close as we're going to get.

Apparently she's shooting an AR in her new movie "Elektra" that's coming out in a couple weeks.

In an attempt to relate this to the technical forum....Do you think those long arrows would cause her to be under-spined a bit?

Probably, but she'll be ok as long as she trims her whisker biscuit. If she doesn't know how, I'd be happy to help her... :)

That's actually pretty good looking form assuming she is not a regular archer.

Jennifer Garner makes me go :D

Oh, my wife and I love watching Alias...

Why would you think those arrows would be underspined?? Admittidly (yeah, I spell gud) I'm a relative noob, but I just don't see how that could be the case unless maybe they just look to long to you??

I really have no idea. Just trying to come up with something to relate this to the tech forum but I was a little distracted by the photo. It's impossible to answer that question without knowing her draw weight, the specific arrow she's shooting, its length, and the point weight. An arrow that's too long could tend to have a weak reaction whereas a shorter arrow could have a stiffer reaction. But it all depends on those variables mentioned above.

I guess I could have just mentioned something about her form instead, but then this thread would have gone downhill real fast.

So let's mention their form. Almost all of them are shooting an inch too long. At least an inch. And so far I ain't seen anything to compare to Kate.
