removing flechings

i am thinking about starting to reflech my old arrows and need help with getting the old ones off, will glue removers with acetone hurt carbon arrows or affect how new flechings go on. and if there are any helpful hints i will be glad to have some help. thanks for the info. good luck and shoot straight.

Those curved-blade linoleum knives work great, Only $4 at Home Depot.
