What type of release rope?

I'm going to order some release loop rope from Lancaster Archery, however, they have 3 different brands. I'm new to shooting with a release loop rope, so in your opinion, what brand is best, BCY, Brownell Camo, or Cir-Cut Camo? Or none of those? Also, when you tie the loop, do you use a overhand knot and melt the end or only melt a ball to keep the loop knots from slipping? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

What ever you choose make sure it has a solid core to it or the rope will compress over time and may either break or slip through the jaws of some releases.

Here is a picture someone else uploaded a while ago on tying a rope loop. I don't do the extra serving in the middle as I find the knots hold their position well enough that I can just position them where I want them and they cradle the arrow without pinching in on it.
