Fletching Hitting Shelf

I am shooting a NAP 2000 drop away. I was instructed to shoot this type of rest with the cock feather down. When I do this the cock feather makes slight contact with the shelf. The pro shop thought I should move the rest to make it so in the resting position, the two prongs on the rest are no longer resting on the shelf as the instructions state I should do. Any other ideas on how I can raise the arrow up high enough to avoid contact with the fletching and the rest??

sounds to me that you need to move the nocking point up.

BTWyou want the rest to only come up 1 to 2 inches from full draw so the prongs will fall completley out of the way of the fletching in time.

The fletching doesn't hit the prongs, just the shelf.
