Wheeler Bows
 

I talked to a shop owner about the Wheeler bows today. By his description, they sound like a good smooth bow. What do any of you know of them. Likes, dislikes. How's the quality? I have to drive a ways to see them, so I'd like some opinions. Thanks.

Theres a shop close by that deals the Wheeler line of bows.I have never shot one,so I can't tell you that much about the way they shoot.I have seen them and even had one in my hands,to me they are a imitation(spl?)of the Bowtech bow,it looks like they use the same risers,cams,and grips.The shop also deals in Bowtech now,for the money they were asking for the Wheeler,unless the price was a real big difference,I would go with the bowtech.

there made up in michigan lots of people are shooting them up here i'm going to give them a try really soon ...... the are a good bow small company, great service!! that all i know at this time but i'm going to put one in the hand real soon and give it a try!! a friend is a shooter for wheeler and i'm going to set up last year model and shoot it!!! may buy it off him

I know a very little bit about them...

They are the company that either started Blue Mountain, or bought BM's machine shop when they folded.

The also license Bowtech's PF cam system.

I was talking to the owner a few weeks back and I was checking out the bows. I shot a couple different models (not sure which). Very nice equipment. They do all their own machining except the BT (Infinity) cam. They do license the BT cam from BowTech and they also have their own dual cam designs. BowTech does not have any influence on any other part of the bows. If you get a chance check em out.
