Bowtech Dually string replacement

Has anyone replaced an original Bowtech dual cam string with speed buttons with a custom string with no speed buttons and chronographed the bow. Im wondering what the speed loss would be without the buttons.
Thanks
BD

Wondering the same thing myself. Looking at winners choice strings. Anyone?

Probably only a few fps. There is a spec re: location for the speed nocks. Try without them, then with them. You might even try moving them up and down a little to see what difference it makes.

RE: Bowtech Dually string replacement

I made up a spare string out of Ultra Cam material for my '03 Pat Dually hunting bow and I just left it on the bow and put the original away for a spare. I didn't add the speed nocks and heat shrink tubing but it shoots great and is quiet. If I've lost any speed,,, it can't be much, it's still a screamer!!
