30 inch draw Patriot ???

I need help from someone knowlegdeable about Bowtechs. I purchased a Patriot 04 this spring at the local Sports Show and had it sent to me via mail since the outfit I purchased the bow from is quite a distance. I had the bow set at 29.5in. because I wanted to use a loop. (I shoot 30in.:D) The pull was too short even with the loop so I decided to order a N.1 or 30 in. module. This increased my draw a whopping 3/16 of an in. :(
Does anyone have any advice on how to lengthen my draw? [&:] With the N.1 it has absolutely no valley either. It has to be set at precisely 4.8, too short or too long makes the cam either over-ratate or not fully rotate. [:@]
I hate to shoot this bow with the N.1.5 which is the module for 29.5in. but at least it had a slight valley.
I have been advised to drive to the dealer but when I talked to them they didn't seem as if they had much to offer and they are a long drive. My friend has the same bow and the length on his bow is as marked with the approp. module.
Any advice greatly appreciated!!

RE: 30 inch draw Patriot ???

Depending on what let-off you need, the 4.8 is for 80% and 5.4 is for 65% let-off. My 04 Patriot is set for 65% letoff and measures exactly 30" draw length. I do notice that the 30" draw bows do not have as much valley as the shorter draws. Just something that you get used to, just can't creap at all or the cam starts to roll hard. When I visited the Bowtech factory, they said that some bows need the draw stop adjusted up to the sixth mark to make the letoff and draw correct. It might take a little experimenting to get it perfect, moving the draw stop a little makes a big difference in your draw length. Hope this helps some.

Dumb question, but which side are you counting to 4.8 from? L or S side?

The #1 mods have slightly less valley @ 80%, but I wouldn't say it was narrow, IMO.

Also, have you checked the cam timing?
