I have one bow set at 71 lbs...another set at 65 and and another set at 61 lbs. So I would guess that you could average it and say around 66 lbs. ;)

Usually I keep it at 65, but if the tendonitis flares up, I'll turn it down to 60.

Martin SlayR set at 55#. It's doing 290fps. Why shoot more and damage the shoulders.

I shoot whatever my bows peak at..usually 71-73 pounds on medium-hard cam bows.

Back when I used to shoot softer cams I often had 80 pounders cranked down.

On super hard cams with no valley like the BowTech duals, or say Hoyt's Spiral cams, I stick with 60 pouind peak weights.
