I think I have a rest problem so I am going to by a new rest. I have looked at the wisket b but there are too many pros and cons for it. The quick tune rests are in my budget and look pretty good. What do you guys think?

I've shot the 1000 on many, many bows. It's quiet and simple to set-up & adjust. The original models had some spring tension issues but that is going back a few years.
About the only thing I do not like is the thin mounting bar. Easy to bend if you drop your bow...I know..I've done it

If you can afford the extra 20 bucks or so the NAP3000 is a better investment. Much more solid, even easier to adjust , and just as quiet.
