Rest for fingers

Hey guys

I'm planning on getting back into shooting my compound, after shooting traditional for a bunch of years. It is a Hoyt Provantage Hunter, which is almost an antique these days, but it has low miles and is a great bow to shoot without a release. I have not kept up with any of the latest gear. I'll be looking for a new rest, and wonder what is out there that is suitable for fingers. Thanks.

There hasn't been much improvement in fingers releases in a LONG time. Not many fingers shooters left and, besides, we had some great rests that left little to improve on.

I'm shooting the Cavalier Freeflyte micro adjust right now. An NAP Centerest flipper is on another bow.

GKF still makes a bunch of good fingers rests. You might snoop around on their site, especially in the Oldies but Goodies, Easy Adjust and Springie sections. But they hide good fingers rests all over the place over there, so don't quit until you've covered everything.

I've tried alot of different finger rests a year ago from NAP to GKF to Bodoodle and Cavalier and the best combo I found is the Cavalier freeflyte with the cavalier masterlok plunger.

Carolina Archery Products whiskerbiscuit arrowrest works fine with a finger release. Good luck hunting!

I don't think you can do much better than a Star-Hunter by GKF.
