Back Tension?

Ok, I did a search and I couldn't really find what I was looking for.

How do I apply it to my shooting (target)?

How do I apply it to my shooting (hunting)?

How is it differen't from how I've always shot?

I may have more questions when I get some answers, be prepared! ;)

Thanks in advance everyone!

RE: Back Tension?

You want to know how to apply BT to your shooting. Honestly, I don't know. I learned to shoot with back tension years ago and it's so ingrained that it's there, whatever I'm shooting. Whether I'm applying slow, deliberate tension on a release trigger in a tournament, or swinging through a snap shot at a running rabbit with my recurve. You just work on it until it becomes a natural part of your everyday shooting form and it applies itself.

At least, that's what happened to me. Maybe it's different for different folks.
