Seen this yet?
Turbo Nock is coming out with a "twist" nock that you can use with standard fletching. They say their testing shows it will allow one to use 50% less fletching size to stabilize fixed heads, cause the arrow to complete 2 complete revolutions in the first 7 feet of flight versus 5 feet for the standard turbo nock and 20 yards for a standard nock and fletched arrow.
Only problem I see is they will only be making it in the bigger super nock size, not g-nock :( . I won't give up my ACCs for anyone, but it should fit plenty of other shafts. There's a thread going at AT in the manufacturers section for more detailed info... |
RE: Seen this yet?
Here's the AT thread link-
http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showth...threadid=75512 Someone should try these with the new NAP spin vanes. Perhaps the massive turbulization would create a rift in time and allow one to shoot their arrow back in time and eliminate all deer from being able to duck an arrow... :) |

RE: Seen this yet?
Or better yet, combine them with digital scouting technology (tm), pinpoint a buck, show up ahead of time, shoot your arrow at a spot, it dissapears into the future...
Show up the next day, follow the blood trail to your trophy :) |
RE: Seen this yet?

This was my first suggestion to Nick a few years ago when I first tested the turbos. I think its a good idea:D |
