Rest clearence problem

I shoot a bodoodle two prong rest. Since I began retuning this bow, I cant understand why my vanes are contacting the rest. When I look down the arrow, its clear. But I am seeing on the rest where it it hitting the side of the rest, not the prongs.

Could my spring tension be too soft and allowing it to spring down and contact it?
How hard should the spring be set for?

RE: Rest clearence problem

I am not too familiar with these rests, but I know almost everyone at the shop hates them! Seem to hard to tune. Just too many prongs in contact with the arrow. There are some on this board who use them with good results though.
