I think you might be better off with a 5" vane but with that said why dont you fletch one up with 4" and see how it flies;)

I shoot 4 inch vanes with 125 gr heads and they fly good for me. I use both carbon and acc's. Don't have trouble with either one.

I'd definately give 4" a shot first. Then go to five if you can't work things out.:)

I shoot 125 Magnus Stingers on 29" GT 7595 with 4" vanes. never had an issue with getting good flight. Before that, I shot 100 gr. Muzzy 3 blade, same vanes. No issue there either. Work with your bow for good flight, buy good broadheads, and you won't have a problem.
