Question from a newbie...

Arrow head weight: 100 or 125 grains for deer?

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I didn't know where else to look. I'll appreciate any feedback.

Can't be answered without more information. Need to know the arrow size, length, cam type, poundage.

The head weight effects a bunch of things, most important is spine of the setup, to weak and it won't fling broadheads well.

either weight you mention, as well as others, work great given the right arrow/bow/head combination.

Either or take your pick--personal preference. They will both kill a deer if you are accurate.

Also depends on what weight arrow you want, and the speed you want to achieve. Need more info....
