NEWBY QUESTION

Sorry guys, I've been shooting about a month and I'm trying to pick up a few tips. This may be the dumbest qestion ever but I keep reading about follow through and I really don't know what this is in shooting a bow. Please help a newby. THANKS!!

RE: NEWBY QUESTION

Maintain your stance as if you were still aiming the bow. Don't look for where the arrow is or where it hit and let the bow jump where it wants to. Don't fight the bow or grab it and, assuming you are wearing a wrist strap, let it fall from your hand in the direction it wants to.

montex , there are no dumb questions just dumb answers :D , The only thing that should be moveing at the release is your triger finger , on a release bow , and that very slowly , and evenly . Everything else should stay inline or still , includeing your eye . You should still be stareing at the spot on the target after your release goes off .

yeah and take a break if you been shooting for a while.when you get a little wore out from pulling back you tend not shoot as well.
