draw length???

i supoose to shot about 30 inch draw and it is preety comfortable but when i drop it down to 29 inch it feels like i can hold it there for ever and the peep lines up and my form is great.. i here guy being 5.10'' 5.11'' drawing 29 to 29.5 ich draw how can they do it iam '6'3 and i suppose to draw 30 inch but iam going to shoot 29 inch anybody else find that they shoot better with a shorter draw length i know alot of guys want more speed so they shoot a draw length taht is 2-3 inch to big i rather lose speed then fight with the bow all day just my opion

I think you got the right idea. It's comforting, after preaching to so many to shorten the draw, to find someone who honestly feels better with a shorter than suggested draw. Bless you, my son. If it's more accurate for you and feels good then go for it.

I totally agree. I used to shoot a 30" also and tried a 29" last year. It felt more comfortable and was a little more accurate w/ it. its all about comfort. I'm 5'10'' and was measured years ago for a 30" draw. but as you would know the 29" felt better for me. its all about you the shooter. good luck!!

A little short is better than a little long. You will noice more consistnt groups from shootin off the wall. I think that you made a good move. I would much rather have deadly accuracy than blazing speed.
