RE: womens high perfomance bow
I have been down the same road. My wife started shooting 2 years ago and we've been thru about 6 bows. She shoots 3-d competition and hunts. We have finally ended up with a Matthews Ultra 2. She has a 24.5" draw length and is pulling 45 lbs. On her 3-D set up using ACE's weighting 200 grs. she is shooting 274 fps. On her hunting set up she uses PSE 100's weighting 300 grs. and still gets 240 fps. It works real well for her. She took a nice 10 pt this year that scored about 120. She shot FBR last year and this year is moving into the FBO class. I hope you don't have to go thru the trial and error that we did of finding a bow. Good Luck.
My wife also tried a PSE (can't remember the model), Matthews Legacy, and a Matthews LX.
Hope this helped a little.
