Changing the draw weight of my bow
 

I currently shoot a PSE Nova and it is manufactured to allow a peak draw weight of 60 lbs. The next model up has a peak draw weight of 70 lbs. Is it possible to get new limbs for my 60lb bow to enable me to shoot 70lbs?

Yes you can get replacement limbs for your bow. Go to a pro shop who carries PSE and he can order you a set.

Are replacement limbs pretty expensive? Can you still use the original cam as before?

They will use the same cams but you will want to replace the strings and cables when if you get the new limbs. As for the price of them I am not quite sure. I would think they shouldn't be to much though. I would say less than $100 but I could be wrong.

I'd probably replace the bow with a new one .Might as well have a new bow as well as an upgraded bow. When you start changing part's you start putting more stress on other part's .Just a thought.
