Reflex Bows

Hi everybody , new to the site. I was thinking of buying a Reflex Timberwolf or the Buckskin . Does anyone shoot one of these bows, and what do you think. I had the Buckskin in my hands last year and it was real nice.

Sorry HJ, never shot a Reflex. If it felt good to you, I say go for it. Just make sure you shoot others to compare it with. Good Luck

Jack,

I don't shoot one of those, but I shoot a Reflex Gamegetter. It's cheaper and has solid limbs, but I like it very much. It shoots great, the only thing that bothers me about it is it is a little loud for me. Not much, but a little. Sorry I don't shoot one of those bows. Hope this helps.

Hi Hatchet.

I used to shoot a Reflex Extreme a few years back. Very nice quality bows. They are Hoyts more affordable line of bows, but have a lot of the quality found in the more expensive Hoyt bows. They now feature better limb pockets and incorporate the cam 1/2 system.

If I were to choose between the two, I would go with the Buckskin as opposed to the Timberwolf. The Buckskin has a bigger brace, which in my opinion, would be better suited for hunting. But, if your looking for more speed, the Timberwolf isn't a bad bet.
