Are you familiar with the sportsmans warehouse chain? When the 2004 models started arriving, they deeply discounted the 2003. I've been contemplating a new patriot dually for $399. The inventory of these 03 bows is declining.

Sportmans Warehouse in St. Cloud MN and Mike's Archery in St. Cloud, MN are both clearancing out the '03. Most models are about $100 to $125 bucks off. It looked like they were going fast at both places. Phone numbers for these dealers are on the BowTech website.

I just purchased a new bow on Ebay. 40% off retail. Keep checking the major sporting goods chains like Bass Pro and Cabelas, check out Eders.com, and any other major discount archery shops on line.
Ebay is a great way to find out what the going rate is for AR, Bowtech, Browning, Pearson, Parker, Hoyt, and other well-known bows. However, you need to set-up an account and select items you want to track and monitor the bidding price. After the bids are closed, you can see how the bidding progressed, the number of bidders and bids. Never go over what you've set as your top price your willing to pay. Remember shipping and insurance are on top of what you bid.
Good Luck !

ArJay.. thanx for tellin everyone my secret. Also you have to be careful things aren't always as advertised. I bought my used patriot off ebay for $360 + $15 shipping. It was supposed to be a 29" 70# 2003 model. Well turns out it's a '02 27" model. So I have a year older bow and had to buy a 29" module... Not too big of a deal.. but I would have adjusted my bidding accordingly. Also make sure that you search for different spellings... as some people get pretty creative in their descriptions some times. Also make sure to check out the shipping price... I've seen auctions (not related to archery) where they'll have the price really cheap.. but then charge you $50 or something stupid for shipping. Good luck and buyer beware.
