Default bowdoodle silencing

I was just wondering if anyone has tried to silence their bowdoodle sight by replacing that piece of cork-like material with something like moleskin?

Jerky, try putting a little fingernail polish on the tips. This really works in tm style rests, i dont see why it would be different with a bowdoodle. Plus it wont raise your arrow higher on the rest.
