single cam vs duel cam

I’m looking at new bows and I’m on the learning curve. I need help deciding which would be better for me, a single cam or a duel cam. I shot a hoyt magnatec with the versa cam and one with duel cams and noticed that the duel cam had a much easier draw than the single. I have also heard stories about the duel cams getting out of time. Having said all of that…. What are the advantages and disadvantages of a duel cam over a single cam from a novice’s perspective?

I'm no expert, but from what I know, its personal preference. Solo's do have a timing issue, but its not the same as a dual cam's syncronization timing. I personally like the feel of a solocam far better then a dual. A properly timed dual cam is probably easier to tune then a solo also.

With the new technologies out there, solo's and dual's are pretty close though. Its really a matter of what you feel the most comfortable with.
