Hoyt Cybertech CAM 1/2 tiller adgustment

:) I just purchased a CAM & 1/2 Cybertech and when I zero out the weight (crank it all the way up) so I can index(turn the bolt the exact same amount) the weight bolts. The tiller measurement is between a 1/8 to a 1/4 of an inch different,
but if I turn the out the affected limb about a 1/4 of an inch the tiller is right on. ? is it ok for the weight adjust ment bolts to be a little off, not exactly the same amount of turns? Is the top tiller measure ment supposed to be the exact same as the bottom tiller measurement? Or should there be a slight offset Any advice or help would be greatly appretiated.

Thank you
Corey

Caz,I have the same bow.I would adjust the tiller to be the same and make sure your tune marks are close to the same. How and what are you using to measure your tiller?Mine is on the money cranked down.I shoot it two turns out.Ron

Hay Ron I used a metal ruler and I put it just inside the limb were it reaches the riser limb pocket, I butt it up against the limb and square it from there. I need to check again but I think my bow is either 1/2 or 3/4 of a turn out. I will probably go one full turn. I am going to keep it between 66 and 68 pounds. More cynetic energy. LOL. Thanks for the reply.

Hay Ron & Navy I just didn' t feel right with the fact that turn one limb 1/4 of an inch trun more or less did weigh easy on my mind so I just got finished starting from scratch. I cranked it all the way down on both limbs until they really stopped this time, then I backed them off one whole turn. The tiller is right on, top and bottom limb. I guess I should just double check what the hell I am doing. LOL
