Letoff adjustment??

I am looking at a Fred Bear Silverback bow at a local store (not a pro shop, so they don' t know much). The bow is 70 lbs, but does not list a letoff %. Washington state only alows max 65%. Anyone know what the letoff is? Using the bow scale they had there it looks to be about 70%. I also saw the wheels had 2 axle holes in them. My old bow used to change the % by using the other axle hole.

Any ideas? The bow is now on closeout and is at a very interesting price.

There should be a bow manual with the bow and it should contain the info you require and or go to the bear e-site and ask....
