Gob ack a few pages, I started a thread asking basically the same thing... Short answer, no one on any of the forums I posted the questions on had tried it, or didn' t respond, anyway...
Looks like an interesting design, I' ll probably give it a try next year, after I see what comes out at the AMO show.

We have them at the shop.
I' m neutral on the design, though we sell quite a few (the owner likes them in particular so he pushes them).
It' s kind of like a combination of a Trapdoor and regular rope style fall away: it is " cocked" and the arrow stays up the whole time, then the rope " unlocks" the cocking mechanism at the last instant (at full draw..) When the bow is fired, the rest slams down due to the spring tension. The arrow is enclosed the whole time too.
Seems to be built very solid. You just have to make sure you are pulling w/ back tension otherwise I can see the locking mechanism not unlocking.
