use a cardboard box that is not as wide as your arrow is long. Cut two triangle notches on each side of the box, place your arrow in the notches and spin;). Cheap too!!:D

Cabelas have them for $20-30. But I have heard some guys making their own contraption and they work just as well

or...Point it down onto a hard smooth surface (glass table) Grab the nock and spin it. It will spin like a top for a bit and you can tell if it wobbles:)

I have a spall 1" x 1" piece of fiberglass and used a drill bit to put a dimple into it. I place the broadhead in it and rest arrow againt my hand and blow on the fletching. It does not take much wind to spin it if it is true.

I spin them on " pad" of my hand below my little finger. You have to be CAREFUL, but you can feel the least amount of wobble.

I took a 20" - 2x2 and hammered 2 nails in an X shape on each end.
I place my arrows in the x' s and draw a dot on something at the same height as the b/h point and then give it a gentle roll, placing pressure on the arrow very near the front x. If it' s not try, you' ll see it.

I could see me trying to spin a b/h tipped arrow like a top. Wouldn' t be pretty....
