RE: Tailor Maid
I' ve heard both good and bad about Tailor Maid. Haven' t personally ever seen one or used one that I' m aware of so can' t speak knowledgably on them. As for WC (this is all my personal gripe by the way), they are supposed to be what every else rates theirs by. Personally I think they might be a good string but are overpriced. I' m hearing too many guys say that they' ll never have to change their string again (or else 4-5 years down the road) after putting on WC. I believe WC says to still change them every year or two so I don' t think they believe in waiting that long either. Keep in mind that regardless of who makes your string you will have the same abuse to that bow/string. My strings, Newberrys strings, Prostrings, anybodys strings can be made with the same material as WC, they don' t have an exclusive material everybody else doesn' t have. The price comes in with the quality put into making it. Does WC' s quality justify the price tag? I firmly believe it doesn' t since a good custom string maker can do the same or better. I' ve seen very few WC strings but those that I' ve seen while they may be good have had some flaws that I wouldn' t think acceptable for the price.

RE: Tailor Maid
I have TM string and cable on my bow. I have found the people at TM very easy to work with and they got my stuff to me very quickly. Good product / Good people.

RE: Tailor Maid
I have only one set of string/cables from Tailor Made. This set is on an aggressive 2 cam bow. The cams have stayed in synch after initial shoot-in. The quality seems to be good. I did get the TUXX string and cables in 8125.
