Doing some browsing the I-net tonight because I forgot the formula for calculating kinetic energy for arrows, I came across this site. http://backcountrybowhunting.com/articles/calc/
I just checked this site against my 3 bows which I know the velocity of from my chrony and the numbers calculated in this formula are within a couple fps of what my chrony got. In fact, one was spot on.

Thanks. I was looking for something like this! I also have found a cool app on my phone as well "Archery calculator" its will do FOC and Kinetic if you have speed/weights already known.
