Broadhead Flight

Im shooting a Mathews Q2 at 270FPS with a 410 grain ACC including the 100 grain tip. The bow groups tight out to 60 yds with field tips and rips a bullet hole thru paper.

Ive tested 2 different fixed blade broadheads, the Montec and Thunderhead, but both hit right about 4" at 30yrds and 5" at 40 yds.

Any advice? The bow seems tuned, the arrows spined correctly. I took 2nd in a 3D tournament with it today.

You need to give the rest the slightest tweak to the left to bring the broadhead groups over to center. I mean TINY move.

Fine tune.....he really does mean TINY -- I' ll second that.:D[8D] After you get that worked out you can start cutting fletchings off!:D Or just shoot at different spots!;)

RE: Broadhead Flight

Thanks guys. I found the solution after talking with Mathews Tech Support. I dropped to a 75 grain broadhead and took a half turn off my limbs. I was shooting good with this set up out to 60yds tonight.
