IMO a straight fletch will be OK if you are shooting mechanical BHs without too much profile. However with a fixed blade or a mechanical like the NAP Bloodrunner you would be beter served with an offset or helical fletch. I've used Blazers, NAP Twisters and NAP Quik Spins and all 3 shot great. Just a matter of preference. But with a straight clamp, the Quik Spins may be the way to go (provided the clamp closes fully because of the tab on the vane). Personally, I like good old feathers. I shoot 4" RW with a helical.
