arrow kenetics
I'm in the process of finding an arrow size that will be the heaviest I can shoot with my bow but also is well balanced. When I was calculating some different arrow wieghts at a website I came across a term called FOC or front of center and I'm not sure how it is applied in picking a balanced arrow? Basicly at this website you entered all the arrow wieghts (tip size, arrow size, insert type and vane size) and then the computer would spit out the FOC % I assumed the optimal % was ten percent. I wsa wandering if someone can explain how crucial FOC is and what is the optimal %. Thanks
