Can anyone tell me if a Hoyt Hypertec can be set to 23.5inch draw length?

;) As for your question on the Hypertec draw length....If you look up www.hoytusa.com you will find the answers that you are looking for ....The Hoyt Havoctec is adjustable from 23 to 31 " ... So I would go to that web site and check it out.... Sorry I could not be more help...[:-][:@]
