RE: Looking for a ladies bow? HELP!

My girlfreind shoots an Alpine ladies bow at 42lbs for deer. She killed a doe a couple years ago at 25 yards with it. With a cut to the tip broadhead, you would probably be ok at the mid 30 yard range at that low of poundage. Alpine bows are very high quality as to what I see.

RE: Looking for a ladies bow? HELP!

I Agree completely with Super X. The Parker Challenger was my first bow (paid $274) and I loved it. I shot my 7 point with it first season at 20 yards, 43 lbs. with a 26 1/2 inch draw. I shot it frequently for 2 years and sold it on eBay with only a peep and nock set installed for $185! I have since upgraded to a Hoyt HavocTec. As much as I like my Hav, I miss the light 2.6 mass weight and smaller cam on the Challenger. Definitely look into it, especially this time of year. You should be able to get a good deal since the 2002 models will be out shortly. Good luck!
