LX thoughts
I picked up my LX on Saturday morning after working 12 hours. Counting to work and the archery shop and home, I drove about 100 miles. Bought a Muzzy zero effect to go with the bow. Came home and watched video about 4 times. I have a zero effect on a Bowtech and a Parker but the one for the LX sets up totally different. I installed on the bow and shot it. Every time I shot, the rest knocked the c#@$ out of my hand. I went back and watched video again and realized the stop was not adjusted right. Set it and all was well. Note to myself: don' t try to set up bow when completely brain dead[X(]. I have shot the LX for three days now and have a few obsevations[:-]:
1) The bow draws smooth as silk. 2) You could get by without a stabalizer on this bow. 3) With no silencers of any kind on bow, it' s as quiet as most bow with silencers. 4) My left and right arrows have decreased dramitically (could be a combination of Muzzy rest and LX) 5) I think it' s going to be a keeper:D. |
RE: LX thoughts
Congrats on the new bow.
Sounds like a keeper;) |

When set at 65% you have to watch creeping (but I' ll garantee you, you won' t do it too many times !) ;) Good luck and shooting. And congrat' s on the new bow ! |
RE: LX thoughts
Hey CBM SC, I am scared to try 65%[:o]. I don' t want to creep very much at 80% so I know 65% would be a shoulder jerker;). Don
