Default Bowtech Guardian... where's my letoff???!!?!

I have a bowtech guardian, not sure of the exact year, but it feels like there's no letoff at all. i pull about 56#'s and a 29in draw length, and my local dealer said there's no way to adjust the letoff, but everyone else i see posting online about their guardians have letoff. it's also listed in the specs for the guardian online! why can't i get my letoff???

There is no adjustment for letoff on the guardian or commander. Its built into the cam to have 80% letoff. Only thing you can change on these two bows is draw length.

Adjusting the gap on your J hooks will adjust your letoff as well as your valley. A bigger gap will give you more letoff.

Forgot to mention there is a thread on AT for Guardian owners. Here is the link http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showth...light=guardian

Mine had the same problem when I first got it. Adjusting the J-Hook gap is the ticket.

Sorry, My bad...just thought you might need a draw board to do it right.

In my opinion, a draw board is a horrible waste of time. I do have one, and did use it for years, but now only hang a hook on the ceiling and draw down using a sling and my foot. But this has little to do with letoff. Now a bow scale is a absolute must. I like the viking scales.
