Trophytaker on Hoyt?

Has anyone put the trophytaker rest on the tec riser? I was just wondering if It would need the adapter plate like the muzzy rest needs?

RE: Trophytaker on Hoyt?

Crosshairs,

Yes I have a 2001 Ultra Tec and have the TT rest on it.

What I wanted was the rest to sit closer to the riser so I had to Cut off a piece of the TT. I cut it off just inside the center beam. It really doesnt look bad in the risers recessed rest pocket.

The lancher sits atop the risers shelf which I feel is no big deal, When the lancher is at rest the lancher sits atop a piece of neophreme that is applyed to the shelf to quiet the mild slap its going to make.

Hope this helps

Good Shooting

I used a combination of thick and thin washers to shim the rest flush with the unrecessed portion of the riser and it works very well...NCM
