Default anchor point back hand position?

Thinking about anchor point, my question is how much can the back hand position change before it affects the arrow impact point? In other words what can you get away with as far as back hand position is concerened??

Default RE: anchor point back hand position?

I don' t think it would change imact all that much if your string anchor remains consatant.

I think the biggest effects of moving the release hand back will show in ability to hold on target and use of back tension. The elbow will drop low and good alignment will suffer.
