Need Help

Need some help with my bow. I am shooting a Bowthech Liberty with a Whisker Biscuit rest and Cabelas Stalker Extreme arrows with Blazer vains. My problem is that with the odd feather up my right feather is hitting my string. The bow shoots great and has perfect tight groups. The whisker biscuit web site say the odd feather should be up, but if I turn it to out it looks like it wond hit ? Would turning the odd feather out cause any problems ? Should I leave it as is or should can I do something to correct it. John

Do you mean it is hitting the buss cable as you release your arrow. Is there anyway you can turn the cable rod a little bit so you have clearance.Your only other choice would be to move your rest out a little.I would check your center shot 1st you might have to adjust it a little bit.Not really sure with Bowtech on how their bows are designed.Being from Delaware county you could take it over to Oneonta to West End Arc and have Dave look at it.

nys buckstalker im sorry it is hitting the cable as the arrow is released, not the string. The cable rod is straight so turning it would not do anything.

Just got back from the pro shop. He double checked everything and said the set up was good and the blazer vains are hitting the cable. We agreed that now is not the time to be adjusting and changing rest because we are in the middle of our NY archery season. I purchased a PSE Teflon Cable Slide and changed it over. I have alot more clearance now between the cable and the vains. Shot a bunch of arrows and everything seems to be fine. Do you think this is the correct fix of the problem ?

Its about all you can do with that bow unless you want to change vanes. Be careful, because with a liberty, changing pulling the calbes over can cause cam lean. You migh thave to readjust the split buss cable.
