A "1/4 INCH???" I think I'd go with 1/16" and see what that does, a "1/4 Inch" sound a bit extreme. I agree, on the UP thing though, 1/32" or so may get it. Might need a full 1/16th, but may not.

BH tune the bow, make SMALL incremental changes, working toward getting both FP's and BH's to same POI, and after doing that, then make those final sight adjustments with the confidence that where the FP's go the BH's also will go.
