I guess I will chime in -- pretty much agree with everyone above
Rest: I would say the QAD HD if you are looking for full containment. I am partial to the Limbdriver. It just plain works and is so simple to tune.
Sight: The new truglo's are nice but im not a fan of all green pins -- doesn't help I have astigmatism and things blur together. Again, I am partail to Sword. Relatively cheap pricing for the quality -- NOT tooless but built like tanks
Release: whatever works for you -- I shoot a truball tornado -- works for me .
